This Chrome extension allows you to stay at the top level of a site. You have to go to the settings page and turn it on.

You don't o need to move your hand from your current page. There is no or close it and go back to your browser. You can keep the window on the top level, and the tab will stay on the bottom level. You don't need to move your hand, and you will never get tired. It's always available to you—no need to constantly use the alt-tab command or the multi-task button.
